Some of us sweat more than others. Which is why Sweat block designed their formula for suffers of hyperhidrosis. They’ve helped thousands of people world wide take control back from the grip of excessive sweating and stands strong amongst the most beloved antiperspirants.

Features

Comes in Small, Thin Sheets

Bad hygiene is often the ouroboros of excessive sweating. Sweat usually leads to body odor. This is caused by microorganisims that live on your body and feed of your sweat secretions(gross right?). This leads to us feeling embarrassed and nervous around others which makes us sweat even more- making us sweat even more – which…you get it. Often times we feel the need to apply more deodorant to cover this up, unaware of how we’re transferring bacteria onto our roll on. This then caused us to contaminate ourselves each application.

SweatBlock prevents this hygiene cycle by coming in towelettes, pre-soaked in a clinical strength formula. Each of these towelettes is disposable and the solution will last for 7 days, even for hyperhidrosis suffers. This is fairly unique for antiperspirants and has many advantages. A pack can be used and shared safely without hygiene concerns or separated and put in your emergency car sweat kit.

Alcohol-Free and Soft on Skin

SweatBlock is alcohol free. Alcohol is present in a lot of antiperspirants to help absorption, but this also makes your skin dry out as the alcohol evaporates. This increases the burning feeling of clinical strength

SweatBlock does things a little differently. The main, active ingredient in SweatBlock is Aluminum Chloride Hexahydrate, at 14%. This concentration is FDA approved, guaranteeing you of dry and fresh-smelling underarms, while being gentle on you skin. While there will be some initial irritation, this is perfectly normal, and you’ll notice it’s significantly less that some other clinical strength antiperspirants. This leaves your skin feeling soft and supple instead of being dry and cracked(which is horrible).

Allows Week-long Freshness

The average duration of Sweatblock’s efficacy is 6.3 Days. It has been reported as lasting up to 10 days on some athletes however. This puts an end to night sweats(which I had every night), and bosts self confidence entering even the most humid of conditions.

SweatBlock comes in a pack of 8 as well, meaning you can get as many 80 sweat free days. Being long lasting, you don’t have to worry amount constant reapplication either.

Due to all of this, it ultimately makes SweatBlock one of the most cost-efficient deodorants out in the market.

Pros

Dermatologist-Recommended, FDA-Approved, USA-Made

Several Dermatologists recommend SweatBlock antiperspirant to their patients. The FDA also approves of its formula, thus you can be assured that the product is as safe as safe could ever possibly be. SweatBlock has undergone various clinical trials, as well as formula modifications before it was released in the market, giving it plenty of facts to back this.

SweatBlock is also made proudly in the USA, so no shortcuts are taken to product this quality product.

Perfect for Hyperhidrosis

Being clinical strength. SweatBlock is great for those with excessive sweating or hyperhidrosis. It is designed with the heaviest of sweaters in mind. SweatBlock prides itself on this  fact and have stoppes at nothing to purport this by constantly  taking customer feedback and reviews. With over 4000 reviews on Amazon, you can rest assured you’re getting a tried and tested product that has helped thousands conquer their sweating woes.

Mild Formula

SweatBlock contains no alcohol.

Alcohol is one of the substances popular for its antibacterial properties. One of its disadvantages, however, is its drying side-effect. As you apply alocholic antiperspirants to your skin, they cut through your skins Sebum(natural moisturizer. The alcohol then evaporates and takes iwht it the water that was previously held in your skin by the sebum. Eventually, this causes much drying of your skin, leaving it prone to infection caused by other bacteria. Also, this could lead to irritation characterized by cracking, itching and redness.

Instead, Aluminum Chloride Hexahydrate is utilized by SweatBlock. It serves as the active ingredient is a lot milder than would pure Aluminum Chloride. It still works in a similar way. Instead of the alcohol removing your protective layer to insert the Aluminum Chloride the Hexahydrate blends with your natural Sebum, creatign a doubly protective layer.

Allows you to be more Confident

With less-sweaty underarms comes greater confidence! One of the best things with taking care of your body is it allows you to look and smell better in front of others. I myself suffered years of embarassment with sweaty back, pits and nightsweats. SweatBlock is my go to for my back(I use different products for different body parts) and I would never go back to anything else – pun intended.

Sweat Block is also stain free, so it gives you more freedom to wear whatever you want to wear. No more nasty yellow pit patches any more.

Cons

First Application may be Tingly

This is the only major disadvantage associated to making use of SweatBlock. There have been reports of an uncomfortable, tingling sensation that was felt upon the first application. With time however, this sensation would eventually disappear. This is true for most every clinical strength antiperspirant and is a darn heck of a lot better than looking like you just got done with your daily swimming competition.

Alternatives

SweatBlock is a tough product to beat. It works well on a lot of body parts, though I would advise against apply to face and genitalia. I’ve tried it on my feet, pits, chest and back and it worked great for all of them. My feet were left a little itchy as first but it soon faded. Personally I use this for my back only and use other products for different body parts. This is both for hygiene(I’m a little bit of a clean freak) and efficacy.

The best alternatives I can recommend are Certain Dri, Zero Sweat and Odaban. If you’re after another wipe style product, Sweat Shield Ultra Antiperspirant Wipes are another option and are quite cost effective but not quite as potent.

Verdict on SweatBlock

If you’re on the lookout of an antiperspirant you can make use of throughout your body, and not just on your underarms, then one of the best options for you to use is SweatBlock Antiperspirant.

Amongst Wipes, SweatBlock is the strongest and most unique. I’d avoid use on head and geneatalia but other than that it works wonders.

Conclusion

The importance of hygiene just can’t be over-emphasized. SweatBlock is a cut above the rest with their long lasting single use wipes.

SweatBlock’s potent FDA approved formula is designed with hyperhidrosis in mind and puts an end to excessive sweating for up to 10 days with a a single application.

It’s gentle on skin and contains no alcohol, is made in the USA and has helps thousands conquer excessive sweating.
